Kathy Ballerstein was a 2004 graduate of UW- Eau Claire.  She taught for her first 5 years in Neillsville and then became part of the Stratford School District in 2010.  She currently lives near Stratford with her husband and three children.  She has worked with a variety of students over the years and enjoys seeing them mature into adults.

Kristin Rueth is a 2004 graduate of UW- Eau Claire with a double major in Special Education and Elementary Education. She has been working at the Stratford School District since 2008. She lives in Spencer, WI with her husband and three children. She loves to read and learn new information. She is an avid sports fan and cheers for all Wisconsin teams! My name is Nikki Skroch and am a grade 8-12 special education teacher. I am married to Travis, and have two children, Hannah, a 2018 graduate of Stratford High School and currently a sophomore at UW-Milwaukee studying Community Engagement and Education, and Jake, a junior at Stratford High School.  He is also a youth apprentice in the IT department. plays basketball and baseball.  I enjoy watching sports, am an advisor for the Class of 2021, co-advisor to Student Council, and the advisor to Middle School quiz bowl.  I also have a spirited dog named Ripley. 

I attended UW Parkside and received a degree in Sociology and Criminal Justice, I also have a degree in Special Education and a Masters in Education through St. Mary's University. I previously taught in Colby for four years and have been in Stratford since the 2016 school year.

Michelle Berdan teaches middle school special education. Mrs. Berdan also has a middle school advisory. She lives in Stratford with her husband and two children. She loves to travel and explore state parks with her family.

Todd Schoenherr has been teaching Special Education for 24 years. He currently resides in Stratford with his wife and four children.  He has a high school advisory. He enjoys watching sports, spending time with his family, working out and doing lawn work.
