• Math Foundations reinforces and expands students’ foundational math skills specific to the individual student based on current grade level skills to support improved math performance. Students may be placed for a semester or full year based on current performance, staff recommendation and/or assessment data. Online program content is utilized to individualize learning.  For students opting to take this course on their own, discussion with Math teachers or case manager is encouraged to ensure that it will be a fit for them. All students taking Algebra Essentials or Geometry Essentials will automatically be co-enrolled in this course as a supportive resource to that curriculum, unless an exception is approved by case manager or principal.
